Keeping Cloth Diapers Looking Like New

Cloth diapers are going to get dirty, that's just a fact. When I first got my diapers, they were so nice and white and pretty. Five ounces of breastmilk later and well, not so white. I was so upset that they were soiled! What did I expect? After reaching out to some other CD momma's, I found the cure all for stained diapers! Bac Out by Biokleen is absolutely amazing. Here is my secret formula. Fill a small spray bottle with 1/2 water and 1/2 Bac Out. Keep this by your diaper pail. When you have a soiled dipe, just spray a little bit of that solution onto the dipe before putting it in your pail. Then, when wash day comes, add a couple of squirts of pure Bac Out into your first rinse cycle. If you have any stubborn stains, just throw the dipe in the sun for a couple of hours. Waala! Your dipes will look brand new. You don't even have to catch the stain as soon as it happens. The Bac Out should still take your set in stain right out. This stuff is awesome!
